Gina - Mary is a Rotterdam-based Experience Designer and founder of Studio C/alma.

Keen on peeling every layer of a process, she created Studio C/alma to research what makes a product engaging and useful to the user. Central in her research is always the well-being of the human being.

Her work wants to

• simplify things, especially our dialog with technology

• be engaging and inclusive to all ages

• be functional

She gets her inspiration from contrast, people who take on an alternative approach on human perception, music, the sea, museums and tinkering about imaginary items that she might need to use if she gets older.

Central to her work-ethics is to treat each other respectfully and to reflect that respect in products we design.
